Congratulations for making it this far! By getting to here you’ve been exposed to, and hopefully tried on, some of the most important concepts in the field of couples counseling!
If you’ve been working through the exercises and practicing what we’ve been suggesting for you, then we’re pretty confident that you would have seen a positive difference in your relationship.
So here we are at week number 4.
This is by far one of the most important weeks and it introduces you to a tool that is one of the most important keys to keeping your relationship on track. The concepts and exercises that you’ve encountered in the previous three weeks have been designed to bring you together enough so that you can ‘find your feet again’ in your relationship. Then, you can use what you’ll learn this week to keep it stable so you can keep growing from there.
This module is based around understanding the ‘cycle’ that you both get caught in when things in your relationship aren’t going well. We’ve done our best to explain and convey the cycle in the module booklet.
