Imogen is a qualified teacher and Teen Positive Psychology Coach who has spent her entire working life supporting young people.

We invited Imogen to join our practice because of her natural gift for connecting with teens. Having worked alongside her at the Raise Foundation, I saw firsthand her ability to build genuine, meaningful relationships with young people. Her humour, warmth, and down-to-earth nature make her someone teens feel instantly comfortable with — she has a beautiful way of meeting them exactly where they are.
Imogen builds rapport easily and, combined with her Positive Psychology approach, supports young people to navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and the often complex stages of adolescence.

Experience & Approach
Imogen’s passion for supporting young people led her to complete a Bachelor of Education, where her desire to make a meaningful impact continued to grow. Through her work in schools, she was able to bring her learning to life, creating strong, supportive connections with the young people she worked with.
Her experience as both a teacher and youth mentor, along with her own lived experience, has shaped her deep commitment to youth mental health and wellbeing.

Alongside her one-on-one coaching and teaching, Imogen has also worked within the preventative mental health space in a not-for-profit setting. Her Positive Psychology training allows her to support young people to build on their strengths, develop resilience, and improve their overall wellbeing — no matter where they are starting from.
At the heart of Imogen’s work is a genuine, authentic connection. She walks alongside teens as they navigate challenges, helping them build confidence, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.
