Carly is a qualified Counsellor and Reiki therapist who works with both adults and adolescents. She sees clients across Blackwood, Meadows, and now here with us in Moana.

We’re genuinely so pleased to have Carly as part of our practice. Her depth of experience, natural ability to connect, and passion for empowering people make her a valued support for both adults and young people across the Fleurieu. A beach girl at heart, Carly lives in the Adelaide Hills — something many teens appreciate when it comes to a sense of anonymity.

Working with Adolescents

Carly brings extensive experience working with young people. Over 10 years, she worked alongside a psychologist delivering a Positive Psychology program to thousands of teenagers across South Australia, supporting them to navigate the challenges of adolescence. Her work has focused on helping young people build confidence, strengthen self-esteem, increase motivation, and develop skills for life and future planning.

Carly is well known for her ability to build rapport quickly and naturally. Her down-to-earth, warm, and often humorous approach helps young people feel at ease, making it easier for them to open up, feel understood, and engage in the process.

Working with Adults

Carly works with adults across a wide range of life challenges, bringing together her counselling experience, empathetic nature, and motivational coaching skills.

Her calm, kind, and personable approach allows her to form strong, supportive connections with her clients. She has a beautiful way of meeting people exactly where they are, walking alongside them as they navigate whatever they may be facing.

 

Carly also integrates her training in Reiki, offering a more intuitive and holistic approach to supporting wellbeing where it feels appropriate.
