I am a clinical hypnotherapist & psychotherapist, deeply passionate about wellness and the human capacity for healing and growth.

Embedded into my practice is the intention to support people to unfold into the truest expression of themselves. 

Integrating clinical hypnotherapy with aspects of psychotherapy, positive psychology and counselling, I take a collaborative, kind and respectful approach to the therapy process and abide by the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy Psychotherapy’s

code of ethics.

My goal is to offer you tools and guidance that will allow you to connect with a powerful and intelligent part of yourself, that can both relieve suffering and help you realise your goals.

In 2016, my interest in the mind and wellbeing inspired me to study a

Masters of Positive Psychology followed by Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy. Alongside this, I have spent the past 15 years working as a registered music therapist, holding senior, teaching and managerial roles across a range of hospitals and health services in Melbourne, Australia.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy can seem mystical, when in fact it is a well-studied science of the mind. It offers an opportunity for you to gain greater control over your life, by working with an issue at the level of cause rather than symptom alone.

The benefits of hypnotherapy are backed by research and it has proven helpful for many people across the globe.


When our conscious and sub-conscious minds are supported to work together

harmoniously, new insights and ‘aha’ moments become increasingly available to us. We are more able to achieve our goals and experience the change and expansion of self we desire.

Clinical Hypnotherapy is usually a brief form of therapy. Oftentimes change can be experienced within 3 – 6 sessions, and this work rarely exceeds 12 sessions (per issue of treatment).
