Holly is a warm and empathetic counsellor with experience working with adults and young people having worked as a high school teacher and in corporate law and management. Holly has a grounded and creative approach in working with clients to achieve self-awareness and help individuals find their way back to who they truly are so they can live their unique life expression to their highest potential. Holly weaves many modalities through her practice and specialises in Narrative Therapy. Alongside her work as a counsellor, Holly is also a casual academic at Flinders University currently completing a creative writing PhD exploring writing as a way to heal.
